The NFP Report - Today 12.30 GMT

It’s that special day of the month again! The day NFP figures will be announced - Today, Friday, April 2nd at 12.30 GMT.

The ADP report showed an addition of 517,000 jobs in March, which, although below the expected 550K, marks its biggest gain in the past six months, as a decline in COVID-19 cases allows for more US business reopenings and working hour expansions.

Regarding the NFP figures, analysts expect employers to have added 647K jobs in March, up from 379K in February. The unemployment rate is expected to fall 0.2% from February to settle at 6%.
